Excursion for San Juan w/ 14 month old

My wife and I are thinking about booking a cruise for next year going to San Juan. We would like to do a tour of the fort that you can see from the port. I want to say San Cristobal fort. but I think I am wrong. Does Carnival offer this? If so what is the name of the tour? Is it in walking distance from the port? has anyone ever done a independent tour in San juan that they would recommend?

 

The other question we have is we will be taking or son (14 months)on his first cruise. Just had him in July. We were wondering if Carnival does offer a tour, how big is the bus? We would have to take a stroller.
