TAMPA port=need car rental on sunday

I guess you have a couple choices. Take a shuttle to the airport and get a car rental there or get on the phone and call the various car rentals like Alamo, Hertz, or one of the others. Or start emailing them to see who is open on a Sunday. I would imagine most have an office open around the airport on the weekends during the daylight hours.
