I just have to say, having been on a Greek Islands cruise last month, that was one area with an unmistakable cultural difference. Our cruise didn't have a "topless deck" it just had topless passengers. But that's Europe!

No Carnival ships have topless decks ANYMORE...its a thing of the past with Carnival. They use to have sun decks that were adults only, topless optional.

I saw some people doing it topless on the Miracle up near the funnel, 1 pasenger and a crew member. I found that the Fantasy class ships dont really have a remote deck area that has enougth privacy or less traffic as compared to some of the larger never ships.
