Silversea Spirit: Sept 25, 2010; Am I really alone?

I have posted on the Roll Call page, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of action there pertaining to SS, so I will try again here. Forgive me for the repetition...

 

I am starting to wonder if my husband and I will be the only ones on this ship on Sept. 25th!

My wife and I are on this cruise. Sorry we have not entered a roll call in the past! Trying out Silversea after RSSC , Cunard etc and looking forward to a good time.

I doubt that you'll be alone. Keep in mind that very few folks who travel on Silversea post on CC. I would guess that you'll have over 400 pax on the ship.

We're staying at the Vincci Baixa Lisboa.

 

We were originally in the Mariott, but it looked so far north that I changed it to something further south and more central and easier to the port.

 

Iticlaudia, what shore plans do you have?

In Lisbon we booked one of those 3 wheel car thingy's that has a GPS that tells you where to go and then has an audio tape that explains what it is you are seeing.

We're playing it by ear in Cadiz (renting bikes and tooting around) and possibly hangin on the ship the second day.

We're playing it by ear in Malaga with a possiblity of all-terain vehicle tour along the coast.

In Barcellona I signed up for the Piella (sp) cooking class in town thru SS while DH does his shopping (he's the shopper, not me).

Marseille, we arranged for a private tour who will pick us up and bring us to Chateauneuf de Pape for some wine tasting and then a look around Avignon.

Nice, we're staying an extra night and we've booked electric bikes to toot around in. And then visiting Monaco for the casino at night.
