Best snorkeling / zip line bet?

We're cruising to St. Croix, St. Kitts, Grenada, Dominica and Tobago in December '10. What's the best snorkeling opportunity? We'll probably only want to snorkel in one of them (maybe two) and looking at the excursions, there doesn't seem to be a clear "best" choice. Also, DW has expressed a keen interest in zip lining and we could use some help with that too...

 

Anyone have any opinions or advice?

Grenada does not have a zip line at present although i believe there are plans in place - watch this space I guess.

 

I can't comment on the other places but unique to Grenada is the Underwater Sculpture Park. You can get trips there on the basic catamarans, the champagne catamaran and also the powerboat eco-tour. My sources tell me there are new sculptures about to go down there and they should be in before the end of October.
