Comparing Carnival Legend to RCCL FOS

:confused:Comparing cruises on the Carnival Legend with RCCL Freedom of the Seas. First cruise summer 2011. Would appreciate comments on either or both. Some reviews I have read on FOS say the food is terrible and not many choices. Appreciate any feedback before we choose. Sister just returned from Carnival cruise (first cruise) and loved everything about it. Says Cruise Critic made her trip more enjoyable by informing her of what to do/expect. Thanks in advance for your help.
