Internet Cafes Quebec, Halifax

I am so impressed at the generosity of the Canadians taking their time to share info with us. We will be in St. John, NB, Halifax, Sydney, & Quebec. Doesn anyone know if there are internet cafes near the docks?

Not sure about St. John, but in Halifax, readily available just sitting on the dock (boardwalk from ship). I think there is a cafe across from the cruise dock as well. It won't be a problem.
