Pretty late to expect a response were leaving in the morning and just booked the room. Anyone stayed here? Whats the parking situation can you leave car parked and walk or is it close enough?

The parking lot at the Holiday Inn is really small so I doubt that they will allow you to park there during your cruise. It is possible to walk from there but it is awfully hot here now so I wouldn't want to do that with luggage at this time.

Yes they do have a park and cruise package. It is in the "pay for park" across the street, but it is free with the package. It is nicer than a normal HI. The rooms are larger and the beds are better. You can get a room with a great view of the port. Also a Wintzel's Oyster House is just a couple of blocks from the hotel.
