How early can we board the Diamond Princess?

This is our 1st Princess cruise -we're used to boardiing RCCL ships by 11:30 AM. Anyone know how early we can get on the Diamond for our 3/12 cruise out of LA? Thanks!

I'd arrive closer to noon just to avoid waiting too long. Both times we cruised out of San Pedro (including RCCL) boarding did not start until around that time. Platinum members board first, or if you've booked a mini suite. Hope this helps.
