Iguana Farm?

We went. It's not large but definately worth seeing. We loved it. $5 per adult, kids are free. Feeding time is whenever you are there. they give you some leaves and they all come running. You can also pet them.

The Iguana Farm is just beyond French Harbour. The closest canopy location is the Jungle Canopy (10 mins at max away) which ends at Palmetto Bay Plantation. My suggestion would be to speak to Sandra at TropicalRez.com and see if she can organize a tour for you where you can do both.

French Harbour is about 1/2 hour from the dock, and around 45 minutes from West End. So not to waste your time on a bus getting from one end of the island to the other, you can have the best of both worlds.
