Jenn W Posted February 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2005 Has anyone been? Is is worth going if you like lizards? What time are they fed? Jenn
EXBRIT Posted February 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2005 We went. It's not large but definately worth seeing. We loved it. $5 per adult, kids are free. Feeding time is whenever you are there. they give you some leaves and they all come running. You can also pet them.
Jenn W Posted February 22, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted February 22, 2005 Thanks! Can you tell me is it close to the canopy tours, the beach? I'm wondering where is is exactly? Jenn
Island Dweller Posted February 22, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 22, 2005 The Iguana Farm is just beyond French Harbour. The closest canopy location is the Jungle Canopy (10 mins at max away) which ends at Palmetto Bay Plantation. My suggestion would be to speak to Sandra at TropicalRez.com and see if she can organize a tour for you where you can do both. French Harbour is about 1/2 hour from the dock, and around 45 minutes from West End. So not to waste your time on a bus getting from one end of the island to the other, you can have the best of both worlds.
