ES price drop with tax question?

Bottom line. Tell your TA to submit it!!! Mine was only $10/pp and was approved by Carnival even though taxes were higher than when I booked.

 

My booking is direct with Carnival and my billing into did not reflect the higher taxes after the OBC was granted.

I'm waiting a response to the submission from my TA and will let everyone know how it turns out.
