EPIC - When is lobster night?

I know this has been posted but I can't find it since they merged the EPIC with the rest of NCL. Can anyone tell me what night lobster is served in the main dining room for the EPIC Western Caribbean. And how is it? Trying to figure out what nights to book specialty restaurants.
