Need info on Playa Palancar/boat snorkeling

The website playapalancar.com doesn't seem to be working. I also tried to email fernando@playapalancar.com and the mail was returned. We are interested in taking their boat snorkel trip to the reef and then hanging out at the beach for lunch etc. Do we need to reserve the snorkel trip in advance or just show up? Anyone know how long the tour lasts or the cost? Also, if you have any info on how to contact someone there I'd appreciate it. Thanks for any help you can offer!
