Need info on Palancar Beach/snorkeling please

I posted in the scuba/snorkeling board, but it seems pretty quiet over there. We would like to take a taxi to Playa Palancar and take their boat snorkel tour to the reef. The website playapalancar.com isn't working...can't get any info from it. I also tried to email, but mail was returned. I basically need to know if they are open for business, if I need to make reservations to snorkel or just show up, and how long the tour lasts. If anyone has been there recently I would love to hear about your experience. Thanks!
