Lorabele Posted February 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 18, 2005 We're thinking of taking less cash on this trip. On our last cruise (Celebrity), we heard you can get cash from the casino and charge it to your sea pass. Is that also an option on RCCI, specifically on Jewel? gfleischha Posted February 18, 2005 #2 Share Posted February 18, 2005 I know you can use your ATM card at the casino.
smeyer418 Posted February 18, 2005 #3 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Use your credit card not your ATM- They charge this as a purchase not a cash advance. You can get cash much less expensively this way. Just pay it off when you get off the ship and there is no interest charge. no cash advance fee, no ATM charge. Pumbaamd Posted February 18, 2005 #4 Share Posted February 18, 2005 If you get cash with your RCL VISA, you get double points for your next cruise!
JeffKoz Posted February 18, 2005 #5 Share Posted February 18, 2005 You can use your SeaPass...just go to the cashier hand her the card and tell her how much you want. We do it all the time, that way we do not have to make sure we carry on a lot of cash.
Scavis Posted February 18, 2005 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2005 You can take up to $2000 per day off your seapass
Lamar Cheeks Posted February 18, 2005 #7 Share Posted February 18, 2005 Posters are correct. You can get cash using your Sea Pass. Good way to get cash for tipping on the last day. Also easy to get cash to gamble, and I suppose that's the idea.
springtxbill Posted February 19, 2005 #8 Share Posted February 19, 2005 It is hard to walk out of the casino without risking and losing a little on the way out.:)
