Although I can't comment on the tour, my sister just booked online with them, so they muststill be in business! She chose it because of the "extreme" zipping, which has so much more to offer than the standard zip tours.

We like South Shore Canopy the best. We've been to Roatan several times. Visit ronystours.com You can hire a private driver for the day - just $20 pp(group of 4+). They will take you everywhere you want to go and stay as long as you like. His drivers are so helpful and friendly. You will have a great day with them - no doubt. South Shore cost $45 - sooooo much fun. Rony's driver will help you decide where to spend your time after zipping - we recommend Infinity - just beautiful.

Question. How is the braking before the platforms accomplished? Are there guides on the platforms that throw out a brake, does a guide go with you? Thanks before had for the info. We are looking forward to zipping in Roatan, we had a great experience in Costa Rico.

We had two guides with us. One went first and one went after. Braking varied by zipline. Some were tilted in such a way that you could stop yourself with your feet, some they had a rope on the line and braked you as you came in and some they pretty much had to catch you.
