Monarch Cooler Information

Hi!

We are just off the Monarch and wanted to fill everyone in that the cooler promotion is in full swing, HOWEVER, they DON'T discount the refill! They are all Full price everytime, and even the staff tells you to just start getting new coolers everytime becuase you are paying for them. They have signs up verifying this, and one bartender explained that "some people were "Borrowing" other coolers, to get the cheaper price, so they had to put a stop to it"

I hope it is not like this on all ships, but I thought I should let you all know :)
