Disembarkation time for RCCl Ships?

We are doing a shore excursion on our own in Grand Cayman. I know the ship gets in at 7am....and we have to tender... but I want to make sure I don't plan for excursion too early and not be able to get off the ship in time!

Does anyone know what the earliest you can tender off is? How much time should I allow to get from the ship to the pier where my tour would pick up?

We are taking Moby Dick Tours. I had read something in an earlier post about having to pick up tender tickets.

You need to be back on board 1/2 hour before sailaway time. Georgetown uses local, large double deck, tender boats. Moby Dick has been escorting cruise passengers for many years, but it's still up to you to insure the tour you book matches your ship's port times.
