saltcity Posted October 23, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2010 My husband and I will be sailing on the Legend February 27, 2011. I have heard that the ship will be going into dry dock the end of January 2011. Was just wondering if anyone had heard what was going to be done? Just curious... Thanks, I had read that she was looking a little shabby so that makes sense... Maybe some new TV's too! Not that we are in our cabin much...:D Paula
VA_Sailor Posted October 28, 2010 #4 Share Posted October 28, 2010 We just sailed on Legend a couple of weeks ago....she wasn't in bad shape, but needs a bit of tidying up. Besides the items listed above, I spoke with Ken, the current Maitre-d, who was working a punch list that included all new chairs for the dining rooms. The main pools need to be re-tiled also. The ship is coming to the Norfolk area for the drydock, so it's very possible it's going to the facility right outside my office. I usually get a really good view of the things moving on and off the ships, so if I see anything of note I'll post it.....
