bldsld Posted February 20, 2005 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2005 Hi all, We will be 5 at the airport in St. Thomas, arriving the day of sailing on the Legend. Can someone please recommend a limo service to take us to the ship, or are the cabs plentiful? I've never flown into STT before; just sailed there. Thanks in advance for your help! Martita B. Posted February 21, 2005 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2005 You might want to check with Blue Lagoon as to the correct ship terminal. There are two: Havensight and Crown Bay. Denyse, there will be a few vans, at the airport, for all of you to transfer to the Cruise Dock. But, you may need a Taxi just to carry all the luggage! Especially, JD's........hahaha MB
bldsld Posted February 21, 2005 Author #6 Share Posted February 21, 2005 Martha, You are so right about the luggage (though not mine!)! I wonder if anyone here knows which terminal is the correct one? LaPaloma, how can you tell the gypsies from the real cabs? Are they metered? Thanks, Denyse
Martita B. Posted February 21, 2005 #7 Share Posted February 21, 2005 Denyse~~~to be assured of a nice ride to the Legend, here's some information: Sam's Taxi and Tour Service Air-conditioned vans from Airport to Cruise Dock e-mail: samtaxi_99@yahoo.com phone# 340 771-1959 I think I would e-mail Sam and ask for his information. LaPaloma Posted February 23, 2005 #9 Share Posted February 23, 2005 Denyse...because we always forget which taxis are the good ones...we go to a counter...or ask anyone of authority...when downtown..just ask clerks. The gypsys are know for robbery..etc.
