SeaPA1 Posted November 3, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 3, 2010 Tampa is very, very easy - the most convenient of the ports I've sailed from. There is a drive-thru drop area; you'll go in there with the vehicle & drop off your checked luggage with the porters (it's smoother/faster if you make sure you have the luggage tags on your bags prior to going to the port). Your passengers can also get out here (there is a covered waiting area). Then you take the car across the street & park in the long-term, cruise passenger parking garage (pay when you park, they take cash or credit card). Take the elevator back down & walk back across the street to the terminal. Alternatively, they offer valet parking; iirc the cost is $3 or so more per day. Santaa Posted November 3, 2010 #3 Share Posted November 3, 2010 Here is a pic Taken from the upper deck of the Legend looking at the parking area in the backround and in the lower part is the drive thru unloading area. It cost $14.00 per day for cruise parking. However when you return the unloading zone is closed so you need to grab a porter and he will take all your lugage to your car for a tip of course. Just make shur you have some small bills for tipping. Enjoy your trip:D
