How to get to Anegada?

Hello,

I was looking at a couple of cruises that go to Tortola, and was wondering if it is reasonable to take the ferry to Virgin Gorda, and then take the ferry to Anegada?

I saw some information on taking the ferry from Virgin Gorda, but there was no mention of the time involved; I didn't know if an excursion to Anegada would be out of the question, since the cruise ship would only be docked until 5pm or so...

Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

I looked into how to get to Anegada when our ship visited Tortola as well. And IMO….I would forget it. It’s just a little too far away. It’s about 15-20 miles north of any of the other BVI’s. As far as I know, there is no ferry service to Anegada…and that may be because there are only about 250 people who live there. There are flights that leave road town daily (about $160 RT)…but the schedules that I saw would not get you back in time. You can check with Clair Aero Service (284-495-2271) if you like. If your heart is set on it…I would check into chartering a boat.
