I booked a cruise last september during the WOW sale.

I was getting a $100 OBC for my reservation.

They told me it could take a month before process.

Where can I find my OBC ?

Yes, call them to verify and then ask for a Confirmation Invoice. Your OBC will be coded under Booking Charges.

I made a reservation back in June. I have also been calling every month, and keep getting the same answer.

"we are running behind, just wait, we will have it done in the next few weeks, we will send you a email"
