Self Serve Laundry on the Crown?

My DH and I are going to be on the Crown for 13 days at the end of March and would like to know if there are self serve laundry facilities on board that we may use. Does anyone happen to know?

Sorry but no self serve laundry. Also we did not use the laundry service so I do not know how much that costs.

Someone suggested that the way to go is to bring all your clothes that are frayed and holey and threadbare, and throw them away after wearing.

Thanks Jertom! I suspected that was the case, but wanted to confirm. Interesting idea (could be kinda gross too) but something to consider!!!! :D I'm not sure which is the lesser of evils - taking the 'nasties' and tossing them, or handing off the 'personals' to a complete stranger to wash!!! Heaven knows I'd rather save the room in my suitcase for souvenirs rather than packing my entire wardrobe. :)
