Share car from Southampton to LHR - 16 April

Hi - we're booked on the Apr 10 NY-UK transatlantic QM2, arriving Southampton on the 16th. Cunard Customer Service (ha ha) in the US reluctantly told me, a lowly passenger and non-agent, that the cruiseline transfers from Southampton to Heathrow are sold on board, and that they don't recommend a departure from LHR earlier than 1pm. We'd like to make an earlier flight (Edinburgh) and are wondering if another couple would be interested in splitting a car service to LHR from the S'hampton terminal. It would probably end up around the same cost (or less) than the ship's transfer and would undoubtedly be more comfortable and faster.
