question cruise credits online

[CLEMM]

I read in an earlier post that cruise credits for Captain's Club were now available online. But when I go to Captains Club under My Celebrity under membership summary is a message in red that says they can't process my request due to technical difficulties. It has been that way for days. Is anyone else seeing this message?

I wonder if you are located in the USA because I read on another thread that they do not yet have it set up for passengers from other countries.

I thought it would be a while before I was able to check mine out but had no problem
