Desserts on the Radiance of the Seas

I am going on the Radiance of the Seas and as a fan of cruising, I am interested in knowing what the desserts aboard the radiance of the seas are like.

1. What are the signatures for RCI?

2. What do you personally suggest?

3. Do they have a chocolate night aboard the ship?

I have also read that the flourless chocolate cake in the Windjammer buffet is really good. Doesn't Royal Caribbean also make their own ice cream?

The ice cream onboard the Radiance is frozen from a machine...nothing special but people seem to love it (including my daughter).

Double Strawberry Cheesecake------this was pretty good, had it in the Windjammer one afternoon

Choco-Chino Trilogy---pretty dessert with tiny pieces of chocolate cake, mousse and something else. it was ok.

Banana and Baileys Brulee (BBB)---- I love Baileys but I would never try this one again!

Those machines do not dispense ice cream. Frozen yougurt maybe but not ice cream. Ice cream is available in the MDR and also most nights in the WJ.

Oh, I thought the vanilla and chocolate were ice cream and the strawberry was yogurt (only because the strawberry was the only one with sign saying yogurt, lol) Anyway, I never tried the ice cream in the MDR. I requested the butter almond flavor on our last night but our waiter forgot.

I never saw any other ice cream besides the machine in the Windjammer on the Radiance. Where in the Windjammer?
