Dock or Tender?

We are doing the Mexican Riviera on Splendor in Feb. I was wondering if these are docks are tender ports?

 

I know you can miss any port at anytime but it seems you tend to miss more tenders vs docks.

Are your ports Puerto Vallarta, Matzatlan and Cabo San Lucas. If so, then only Cabo San Lucas is tender.

Yes thanks. I guess I should of been more clear on where we went! My bad.:o

Every time we actually made it to Cabo we were able to tender off, but one time it was bad enough that we didn't even sail to Cabo because of the sea conditions.
