Meet & Greet

I'm trying to organize 2 meet & greets on the Poesia (I'm doing a b-2-b Dec 5 - 19). Has anybody done a m & g on the Poesia and if so - where did you meet? I've contacted MSC but so far, haven't heard back from them. I've set each one up so far for the wine bar on deck 7 (saw someone else suggest this for their cruise). Any suggestions?

There was a Cruise Critic meet and greet organised on our Poesia cruise and we all met up in the Zebra bar. There was plenty of room there ... we just re-arranged a few tables so we could all sit together as a group.

 

You might be better off starting a thread in the "Roll Calls" area as that seems to be the place where most M & G's are organised.

i dont know if mine is the one you saw but i've set up an m&g list for the 12/19 cruise.

i too suggested that we meet in the wine bar during the 1st day at sea & so far all seem to agree. we had a group meet there last may & it worked out very well. no one in the group really cared for the zebra bar but that's not saying it isn't ok.

i also contacted msc & never got a reply. i hope to get with the cd when we get aboard. msc doesn't seem to be interested in these types of gatherings as do some of the american based lines.

Yes ... my mistake ... I think our M & G was in the wine bar, not the Zebra bar.
