Coffee Berry Borer Beetle in Kona

Looks like the price of your favourite cup of Kona will be going up as Big Island as agricultural officials deal with this never-before-seen coffee berry borer beetle (try saying that 5 times fast) infestation in Hawaii:eek: :mad:

Might have to rethink doing a coffee tour in Kona, but I certainly have new appreciation for all of the agricultural inspectors at customs/airports.
