Need "3-way" transportation: taxi vs. rental

Hi everyone:

 

There are 8 in our party; arriving on the Mariner. We plan on doing Dolphin Discovery first, then going to Paradise Beach (Hi Tom!) for the rest of the day. My question is: would it be cheaper to take taxi vans all day (pier to Dolphins; Dolphins to Paradise; Paradise to pier), or rent a vehicle. With 8, not sure which of the two ways to go....?

 

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sammy!

Stick with a taxi van or 2 cabs, if you are only going to make 3 journeys. With 8 in a van you should be paying $22, $22 and $26 for a total of $70. Cheaper, faster and less hassle than renting 2 jeeps or a van!

Thanks for the reply! I thought that might be the way to go, but wasn't sure. Plus, we won't have to worry about finding our way around. Can't wait to be there next Friday! It's snowy and cold here in New England and the sunshine will be soooo nice! See ya on the 4th and save a pineapple for me!
