Hi,

We are going on the Epic in a few months we did the D5 guarantee cabin because that is all that was left and we were informed that usually the increase you up in levels if the ship does not book up?

Well anyhow on our reservation they just put our cabin room # on it which is 8176 it is on the 8th floor, I was just wondering how this floor is if it is pretty quiet and it looks like our cabin is near elevators or something not sure by the map ? Is it pretty quiet their ?

If anyone that has had a cabin nearby or that cabin please let us know . Thanks

From my understanding is that the lifeboats block the downward view but not the outward view. There was also a review that someone in that general area would hear the jazz club if they had the balcony door open at night, but it is 2 floors so I take it with a grain of salt.
