camp carnival /steakhouse question on valor

On Valor, they closed at 5 to get ready for dinner and opened up at Rosie's at 6:00. Rosie's was one level down from the steakhouse so we dropped the kids off and made our way up. Enjoy! It was one of the best parts of my trip!

are you better off going on a sea day or stop day?? it sounds wonderful-- the dinner. i cant wait!
