(different cruise though) Unless they have changed the email questions, there wasn't much room to review anything. CrusinAgain Posted December 18, 2010 #7 Share Posted December 18, 2010 I got mine while still on the Crown in October and then a reminder to fill it out a few days later. It appears it goes to one person per cabin because my sister did not get one and she shared a cabin with me with a different name and address.
