lillian marie Posted December 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I think you'll have good luck in moving to the later dining time. People seem to want the earlier time slot.

1tuckersmom Posted December 21, 2010 #4 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I wasn`t able to switch from late to early (DH is diabetic, has to eat early) on our Thanksgiving cruise on the Elation. Maitre D told us just to show up as if we had our time dining. It become a chore to get seated each night so we ended up just eating on Lido. However that is not to say that you will not be able to do it, so just give it a go.. Might work for you.;)

addicted to cruising Posted December 23, 2010 #6 Share Posted December 23, 2010 I think you will be ok also...we do late seating and on our cruise last week they talked us into anytime dining. When we got to the ship our cards said early which we never do. All I said to the Maitre D was we were sched incorrectly and he made the change. I think early is the preferred so moving out is easier than moving into it. dont sweat it

Bunkie103 Posted December 23, 2010 #8 Share Posted December 23, 2010 If by chance you are Platinum, just flash your card. That did it for me.:D
DebJ14 Posted December 23, 2010 #9 Share Posted December 23, 2010 If by chance you are Platinum, just flash your card. That did it for me.:D Yup - Platinum gets guaranteed dining time of choice. If you have a health issue like diabetes that requires you to eat at a certain time notify special needs. They can get you switched to the seating of your choice.
