Live4cruises Posted December 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted December 21, 2010 Are we able to access our onboard credit to use in the Casino? If so, are there limits to the amount or % of our credit available for Casino use? Thanks~
feathersandnananose Posted December 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted December 21, 2010 Since the ship runs "cashless" on your cruise card, it'll all show up on your final bill (which you receive the morning of debarkation). Ours, for example, just showed the on-board credit as the first item, and then it was whittled away by our on-board expenses. I don't know about casino charges specifically (limits, etc.), 'cos that's never something we do.
terkatz56 Posted December 21, 2010 #3 Share Posted December 21, 2010 You can use cash or your ship card to gamble in the casino. I do not know if there are limitations on amounts you can "charge" for gambling.
TTFromSommersTown Posted December 21, 2010 #4 Share Posted December 21, 2010 I know that if you take cash at the Casino from your on board account there is normally a 3% change and I think it was a max of $200 a day. Because you will have an on board credit to draw from, the 3% charge may not apply to you. They will also cash US Travellers Cheques without charge in the Casino or at the Front Desk. To be certain about any charges and daily limits however, I would call Ships Services.
