Best Tango In Buenos Aires?

Like most, we will be in BA for the night before the cruise. Looking for recommendations for a Tango show. We arrive on 1 Jan, which is a saturday night, probably pretty popular. We will be at the Hilton if that helps.

Have you searched this "South America" ports for "tango shows?" You will get a lot of info. A similar search at the BA forum of www.tripadvisor.com will also produce a lot of opinions on the various tango shows.

We just got back from HAL's BA - Santiago cruise, we were in BA for 3 nights prior to boarding. We went to the Tango Porteno show beide the Teatro Colon. It was expensive, but absolutely FABULOUS! All 4 of us really enjoyed it, the food was good & the show was excellent.

 

Can't say if it was the best, as it's the only one we've seen, but we sure enjoyed it! It's best to have reservations - dinner starts at 8.
