Instructions/notes for wedding cordinator/photographer onboard?

Just wondering if anyone had notes on what they told/asked people onboard working with the wedding? I know some people mentioned that they had notes done up to give the people so important pointes wernt missed. Just wondering if I could see some of the things so I'm not missing anything! :) Thanks!!

I just got back from our wedding on the Carnival Spirit! I have a little instruction packet for the wedding coordinator, photographer and music host. Send me your email address and I'll send you what I gave them. I probably won't be able to send it out to you until Friday if you can wait that long. If not, let me know and I'll try to get it out tonight. We are still unpacking and things are a little hectic at home!

I went online and saved a bunch of pictures from other cruise weddings of poses I liked and printed them off in wallet size to give to the photographer. Most of the photographers are hard to understand with their accents, as well as my accent :)

 

So I didn't want there to be a language barrier...so I just printed the examples of the pictures.

 

And as far as what I gave the wedding coordinator, she sits down with you and makes notes, I did give her a bulleted list of the way I wanted things to go but it wasn't anything too detailed since the ceremony is 15 min long.
