computer costs in Jewell's cabin?

Hi.....does anyone know the cost of using a laptop in your cabin? I emailed RCCL and they said they had computer connections in the cabins....however they didn't give a price quote. I know in the internet cafe it is a "per minute" charge.....and rather steep! We do all our bill paying on line and was wondering if it will be worth it. We will be on the back to back cruises. Any info is helpful!!!!

We were on the Brillance last year and pay something like 100.00 for the 12 days for unlimited access from our stateroom. We had discount coupons in our booklet as Crown and Anchor members, and applied one to the bill. Our sons (teenagers) were on line 24/7. My husband actually paid some bills on line too. It was cheaper for the 12 days on the ship than the hotels we stayed in. You need to be able to connect through the phone line in the room No WIFI or wireless in staterooms on the Radiance class ships

Thanks for your info!!!!! We are C&A as well but have NEVER received a coupon booklet........is it in your cabin? or is it mailed out ahead of time? My husband was askinh if the computer coupon is usually in the booklet and how much off is it? Thanks again for your info.

Yes the coupon is in the booklet. It should be given to you by your cabin steward. The booklet is given on the first day. Depending on your level, you will get xx amount of minutes free. You and your husband would get a booklet as long as you are a member and have cruised 2 times on royal caribbean ship. We are diamond level and get 20 minutes per booklet. We used the other coupons in the business center on line.
