Spending a few days in Lisbon?

Sailor's~~~as several of us are spending 3 days in Lisbon after the Pride Crossing we'll probably be "touring a 'round" for a couple of days. We have our same driver/car as we enjoyed last March.

This looks to be an easy itinerary:

Queluz, Estorill, Cascais, Sintra and Matra.

We don't want to miss the Royal Palace in Queluz. (there is a nice restaurant with good wines.) Another "not to be missed" is The Palacio de Seteais Hotel in Sintra. A 5* hotel......(on the road to Colares) I think most all of us want to experience Sintra. I've heard Quinta de Regaleria is a wonderful place to have lunch, as well.......wonderful Ports. After all the delicious meals on the Pride we may very well be disappointed!!!

Other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
