callahanjulie10 Posted June 21, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 21, 2004 I tried to sign up for the M&M and when I put the registration # my TA sent me, it wouldn't accept it. Am I doing something wrong? Could the # the TA gave me be different than RCI registration #? Just guessing!
TomCat32174 Posted June 21, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 21, 2004 Most likely it was an internal booking number that your TA is using. Until Mariner of the Seas Navigator of the Seas 11/03 Explorer of the Seas 11/02 Royal Majesty 12/95 Costa Riviera 8/89 & 12/89 <marquee direction="right" scrolldelay="0"> GET OUT THERE! BaumD Posted June 21, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2004 If you are in a group, you may have gotten the group #, not your booking #.
KStevens79 Posted June 21, 2004 #4 Share Posted June 21, 2004 Call your TA and ask for the "booking" number. It is different from the numbers on your invoice. My TA had to handwrite it on my invoice. Hope this helps! Beffy1167 Posted June 21, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 21, 2004 When I had this same problem, I simply called the toll free number from the Royal Caribbean website and they were able to give me the number. (The operator was patient, kind, and very helpful! This being our first RC cruise, it made an excellent first impression!) My advice is: Go ahead and call them.
