Clarification on Tender from Belize

I've been reading about snorkeling in Belize trying to decide which avenue to go and want clarification.

 

IF we book through Coral Breezes, we will tender to Belize and meet them. I've read in some places that the tender process can take a long time?

 

IF we book through Carnival, we do not have tender to Belize but will be able to leave directly from the ship to our destination?

 

We haven't booked our excursion yet so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you book through carnival you will leave from the ship directly. So only one boat ride but cost alot more. Belize time is one earlier than ship time leaving from florida.

Allow 1 hour for the tender time- thats loading the tender/riding time/ unloading the tender

It's a pain to do the tender in Belize. It also depends on what time you have to meet up with your snorkle tour. Tons of people try to be off the ship very early. If you have a little time cushion, just wait till the crowds die down, and then get off the ship.
