Locals of the Falklands want to know why the Captain of the Amsterdam allowed passenger to go ashore in Port Stanley when high winds were being predicted.

I am glad to see that the Falklands are insuring that Cruise Lines or port agents assume responsibility for passenger allowed to go ashore.

A most interesting article. Thanks for the site. I have sent the article on to a couple of friends. My sister was on the Amsterdam, the cruise before this one and the Falklands was not on her itinerary. They had an extra day in Rio instead.
