DAWN: Butler Service AFT Penthouses

Wondering if anyone can share any experiences with the most recent sailings on the DAWN with respect to the Butler service,..AFT Penthouse Suites, 8th Floor.

 

Who is the current Butler in this area?...and how has the service been?

We are shoving off Jan 28th for another 9 Day Southern Journey in our first Penthouse and have heard the Butler service was reported as "tiresome and inexperienced" before the Southern Caribbean Intineraries began this fall.
