Puerto Vallarta - swim w/ dolphins tour recommendations

please recommend any tour company that offer swims/ interaction with dolphins for kids/adults (kids age 1 & 4) would like to book it thru independent company not thru the cruise line (cruise ones already all booked)

Not sure if this is true, but I thought I read on here that Vallarta Adventures has some kind of agreement with the cruise lines to book only through the cruise lines. On my cruise last April, we wanted to do the sea lion swim through the ship, they said it was sold out, but on the morning that we arrived in PV, I went to the excursions desk and they fit us in. It was an amazing experience!
