Another Camp Carnival Question

We will be traveling in Feb on the Pride, with another family. Both their son, and mine will be in Camp Carnival. Our daughters will be in club 02 programs.

 

If we don't allow our 9 and 10 year olds to sign themselves out, who is given athority to pick them up? Can it be any of the 4 adults in our group? Can the teens sign their brothers out (teens 15 and 16)?

If I remember right you can have the people you travel with sign them out of camp. I think we did that last year. Then we ended up letting out 9yo sign himself out after all.

I have not sailed yet, so have no experience. However, I just pre-registered my two children for Camp Carnival. On the forms there is a section where you can select if you would like your child to be able to check themselves in and out. Also, there is a place to write in the names of the people you would like to be able to sign your children in and out.

You can designate 2 other people besides yourself and spouse. At least that is what I remember from my Xmas cruise on Conquest.

Is there an age limit to those who can sign them out? My dd is 16 and the other family's daughter is 15. Are they permitted to sign the boys out?

No. On the registration form (you can preregister them ahead of time on carnival.com), it says they need to be at least 18.

Thanks! That is the info I needed. I guess we will allow him to sign himself out but have his sister meet him to pick him up when we need her to.
