As long as ships continue to visit Samana or any other port in the Dominican Republic there will be drug issues.

As I suspected... one source is reporting that this "stash" was found based on information obtained from the last group of arrests...

 

Not at all a surprise, there may very well be plenty more hidden on the ship here and there.
