Which reefs?

I realize this is a loaded question, since people's opinions will vary so much, but I'm trying to choose a snorkel excursion, and I'm wondering which are the best reefs to visit? I know that some were damaged by Wilma, so I'm thinking that I should choose the excursion based on the reefs they visit.

thanks!

Columbia Shallows is the area furthest south and east and the area least affected by Wilma. I know that the small snorkeling boat that leaves out of Palancar beach goes there, not sure if anyone else does. Most of the larger boats stay further north, distance = fuel = expense = less profit unfortunately.
