sahlink Posted January 13, 2011 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2011 I have an excursion with Scenic Barbados Tours booked, and at the end of the tour he takes us to the Coconut Court Hotel beach and offers free chairs and umbrellas. How is this he Coconut Court Hotel beach ? Has anyone been? Quality of sand, beach, bar, etc?? Opinions wanted please!! Trying to decide whether or not to get dropped off at a different beach. Can'tstopcruising Posted January 15, 2011 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2011 We go there. My husband loves it. The big plus for us is that you can have a lounge under a shady tree. It's very quiet and relaxing. The down side for me is that it is a very small beach and not a "walking" beach. Also, the water was rough the two times we were there so I couldn't swim. We didn't eat or drink, so I can't comment on that. I think the sand was fine.
cruisingbajan Posted January 15, 2011 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2011 This is a nice beach area. Like another poster said it can be rough at times.
tjschwalm Posted January 18, 2011 #5 Share Posted January 18, 2011 We have stayed there and absolutely love the place ! The beach , the food and the staff are great , can't wait to return someday and will definitely stay there again , it's quaint and fun . Unfortunately it will be a while our bucket list is large .
