Advice on a beach, "cat" ride, or whatever

Hi, two couples, all around 50 yo.

Doing the one day stop on the Crown Princess in end of Feb.

We have done the Stingray deal elsewhere, and also some great "Cat" rides on other Islands.

Either looking for a great small "Cat", and lunch deal ride, or advice on which beach offers cruisers the following.... Good beach...maybe some shade, snorkeling not the biggest concern,...Facilities for use. Maybe chairs, and an umbrella. And a decent lunch, throw in a good rum punch and a bucket of beers. Perfer a not to crowed beach. yes, asking for it all.lol.

Any helpers out there ?
